There were a safe box, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, appreciated that. The location was marvellous and stunning - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The close proximity to the beach was wonderful, and it was convenient to walk to the city center within about a 10-15 minute walk from here.

Our stay at Marafiki Beach Hotel was an excellent value for the money. The room was cozy and waking up to the beach view and sound of the waves was amazing. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us with such kindness and friendliness.
The breakfast menu could have had more options for those with dietary restrictions, like gluten-free and vegan.

The private bathrooms are great with a shower and free toiletries. It feels refreshing and convenient. This double room with a private entrance, air conditioning, and tea/coffee maker is perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The triple room is impressive with its air conditioning, beautiful view, and electric kettle. It's just what you need for a relaxing vacation. I loved the balcony in the double room. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the view and relax. The sea view from the double room is breathtaking. Waking up to that every morning is a dream come true. All the rooms are equipped with an air conditioner, which keeps the temperature comfortable throughout the day. Having a terrace in all rooms is a great addition. It's a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The suite's tile/marble floor adds a touch of elegance. It enhances the overall ambiance of the room.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the suite a bit slippery. However, it might not be a concern for everyone.

What an amazing Xmas experience! The hotel was a hidden gem with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of waves was blissful. The a la carte breakfast menu was a highlight, offering delicious options. The location was perfect, away from crowds and touts, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Plus, the hotel provided free kayaks to explore the crystal clear waters. Definitely a place to return to!
One small hiccup was that the cleaning crew sometimes forgot to lock our room after cleaning. However, it didn't affect our overall stay and experience.

We had a blast riding the complimentary kayaks and bicycles on the beach. It was so much fun exploring the shoreline and discovering hidden spots. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our adventure even more enjoyable. We felt like true adventurers and had the best time ever!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. It would have been epic to have some fun parties or live music events at the hotel.

More variety in the breakfast offerings would have made it even better.

We had so much fun with the complimentary kayaks and bicycles. We rode the bikes along the beach, exploring the village and enjoying the beautiful scenery. And when the tide was low, we hopped on the kayaks and paddled around, feeling like true adventurers. It was such a cool experience!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were looking for some fun and vibrant places to hang out in the evenings.
